Ubisoft is an avid supporter of the Nintendo Switch, releasing titles such as the exclusive Mario + Rabbids Kindom Battle and ports like Rayman Legends and South Park: The Fractured But Whole. The company isn’t done with the hybrid console, though.
Ubisoft is beefing up its Switch catalog of titles this year, as the company announced that South Park: The Stick of Truth will be launching for the platform before September. There’s a caveat, however. The Stick of Truth will only be available for Switch digitally, as no retail release is planned. This is similar to what the publisher did with The Fractured But Whole.
The Stick of Truth originally launched in 2014 for Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and PC, before then getting ported over to Xbox One and Playstation 4.
