Bandai Namco has reaffirmed its willingness to support Nintendo Switch with games in its latest earnings press conference. They acknowledge that developing for Switch is a different process from developing for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but Switch provides gameplay opportunities that those machines don’t. Attitudes like this are exactly what Nintendo wants from developers, and this is great news for all Switch owners.
Bandai Namco from earnings press conference:
-Vtuber is an attractive market
-Developing Switch games takes different approach vs PS&Xbox, but Switch’s great at “igniting play” anywhere anytime & anyone. Firm’s willing to provide more games to Switch

Bandai Namco is on the verge of releasing Dragon Ball FighterZ for Switch right now, and My Hero One’s Justice will release in October. At the moment, Bandai Namco is also working on Super Smash Bros. Ultimate with Sora Ltd., so it stands to reason that they have a pretty healthy relationship with Nintendo these days.
Are there any Bandai properties that you think absolutely must come to Switch? Let us hear about it!
