The NPD Group unveiled their official financial results for August 2018, which saw consumers spend just under $800 million on video game products in total.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe cracked the top 5 in overall sales. Breath of the Wild, too, managed to hold strong, nabbing #9. Super Mario Odyssey continues to do well month-to-month. It landed at #10 on the list. Down below is the full list of top performing games.

Nintendo has a catalog of evergreen franchises, which is proven by the company’s sales in August. Regardless of whether or not a big game releases on Switch or 3DS, fans have a vast array of titles to pick up and dive into.
