An altered, easier version of the original Legend of Zelda has been added to the Nintendo Switch Online subscription service, titled “The Legend of Zelda SP“. Rumors are also swirling of more NES games being updated in the near future. On this episode of Nintendo News Block, I shed my thoughts on the matter and hypothesize what the future may hold if these updated games continue.

“Prior to the launch of Switch Online, Nintendo had detailed some of the classic NES games coming to the platform. These titles can be found in the Nintendo Entertainment System area once you are subscribed to the service. However, we were previously led to believe that there were only three titles being added for the month of October. Those three being Solomon’s Key, NES Open Tournament Golf, and Super Dodge Ball. There is now a fourth promised game, coming in the form of The Legend of Zelda SP. The game is also known as The Legend of Zelda: Living the life of luxury!” …read more
