The Game Awards has become a yearly get together of the video game industry, in what’s usually a night full of news, awards, and, more so, a plethora of gaffes. This year looks to follow in the footsteps of last year, and we’ve got some info regarding the titles yet to be announced. There will be more than ten new games revealed, according to Geoff Keighley.

With Reggie Fils-Aime donning a Metroid Prime shirt in this photo taken with Keighley a few months back, many, including myself, hope Samus’ next adventure is set to debut on The Game Awards’ stage. I’m not banking on it, but what the surprise that’d be.
If not Metroid Prime 4, perhaps Nintendo could begin to build anticipation surrounding one of their key 2019 releases. Animal Crossing, Fire Emblem, and even Luigi’s Mansion would be a great fit for The Game Awards.
