Dragon Ball Super has been a hit, and as a big fan myself, I really loved the Tournament of Power arc for introducing so many cool new fighters from so many different parallel universes. Now, Bandai Namco has announced via tweet that a warrior from Universe 11 will be coming to Dragon Ball FighterZ. They haven’t gotten more specific than that, but it stands to reason that Jiren, the most powerful warrior from Universe 11 and one of the most powerful warriors ever, will be that character. Furthermore, the same tweet reveals that a new Dragon Ball action RPG is in the works, focusing on “the World of Dragon Ball Z”! As you can see in the accompanying image, it has been branded “Project Z.”
In 2019, the project of a New Game focusing on the World of Dragon Ball Z begins!

I really, really loved Dragon Ball Z: Attack of the Saiyans back on Nintendo DS and was disappointed a sequel never came, so I would be very interested to get my hands on a Dragon Ball action RPG as the next best thing. Fingers crossed that this new game comes to Switch.
Let us know what you think of this new game announcement — and the possibly of Jiren in Dragon Ball FighterZ!
