Digital seems to be the pereferred way to collect games for a lot of Switch owners. While it’s convenient, it comes at the cost of storage space, which doesn’t have a huge amount of out of the box. Thankfully, everyone has the option to outfit the system with a simple microSD card. But, how big should you go? Well, one of the largest on the market is a massive 400GB unit from SanDisk, and its price has been marked down over on Amazon.
Currently, you can pick up the card for just $78.97. It usually retails for $100, so this is a reasonable price reduction. You can use the extra funds to pick up an indie or two after your card arrives.
If that price is still too steep for you, then there’s the option of going for lower capacity cards that cost far less. A reasonable 256GB card is $44.59, and the 200GB edition is $36.51. I have a 128GB card that can be grabbed for $21.40. There are lower options too, but if you download a lot of games, your best bet would just be to go for 128GB or higher.
