Super Dragon Ball Heroes: World Mission is getting a “Hero Edition” on Nintendo Switch, which according to a Bandai Namco press release and new trailer comes with five exclusive physical cards only available by buying this version. Hero Edition will further include 11 early-unlock digital character cards, so you can get a head start on the competition. However, the emphasis in the new game trailer is more placed on a custom card creation mechanic: You can select between tons of unique pieces of Dragon Ball art, arrange and juxtapose them however you want on a card, and then dictate that card’s abilities. It looks like great fun — and a terrific opportunity to game the system to make ludicrously powerful cards.
Super Dragon Ball Heroes: World Mission releases on April 5, and preorders are open now. Let us know if you plan on picking up that Hero Edition!
