Torchlight II Panic Button Runic Games action RPG Nintendo Switch enhanced version

An enhanced version of Torchlight II, an action RPG dungeon crawler originally released for PC in 2012, will come to Nintendo Switch this fall with help from Panic Button! This is a pleasantly random surprise because Panic Button has become known for porting really high-end games to Switch, like the upcoming Doom Eternal and Wolfenstein: Youngblood. An almost 7-year-old action RPG doesn’t fall under that same category, but it’s still reason to rejoice.

Torchlight II was developed by Runic Games and garnered great reviews, so it should be a terrific fit for gamers who are currently finishing up their 300-hour runs of Diablo III. Let us know if you’ve played this game before, and if you did, tell us what you thought of it!
