CyberGadget has released a number of accessories for the Switch already, but now it has yet another one on the way: a Bluetooth transmitter.

As the name suggests, this little adapter will allow the Switch to accept signals from Bluetooth headsets, such as Airpods and other similar wireless audio devices. Set to release in Japan on April 27, 2019, it will cost 7,344 Yen ($65.66 USD). That’s a pretty hefty price-tag, but considering the convenience of the functionality, it might be worth checking out.

It can be used in both handheld and docked mode which is an added plus.

Nevertheless, it would be nice if Nintendo added support for Bluetooth audio natively, but the Xbox One and PS4 also don’t do this so it’s not a Switch-specific issue.
