Last December, Sabotage Studio announced that a free expansion for The Messenger would be coming this year. If you’ve been anxiously waiting, you’re in luck. The “Picnic Panic” expansion will roll out on all platforms on July 11.

The new content follows our beloved cast across three brand new levels on Voodkin Island. Sabotage promises inventive boss fights along with an incredible 18 new songs by the original composer, Rainbowdragoneyes.

If you haven’t played The Messenger yet, you’re really missing out. We gave the platformer an impressive 10/10 in our review, calling it “one of the best games of 2018.” You owe it to yourself to give it a shot.
