The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening is coming soon to Nintendo Switch. As this morning’s Amazon Japan leak proved, the game is indeed launching on the hybrid system on September 20, 2019.
Nintendo showed a ton more gameplay footage for the remake of the Game Boy classic. Today’s E3 2019 trailer showed off some of Link’s extensive arsenal, including bomb arrows, and eating apples to restore health.
Dampé the Gravekeeper also appears on Koholint this time around, now managing a new feature called Chamber Dungeon. Through Chamber Dungeon, you can use chambers you come across during your adventure to create your very own dungeon! Not quite a Zelda Maker, but the new feature is a great addition to the remake as is. See it in action below:
What do you think of Chamber Dungeon? Does it give you more reason to pick up Link’s Awakening yourself? Share your thoughts with us in the comments, and stay tuned for more details from the Nintendo Treehouse.
