Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 Famitsu review score

Nintendo Switch owners around the world are currently enjoying Super Mario Maker 2, but the next big exclusive is just around the corner. Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 hits stores and the eShop on July 19. Just over a week out from launch, early reviews have started to pop up in Japan. As usual, Japanese publication Famitsu had four different editors review the new game. Each editor assigns a score on a 10-point scale for a maximum potential of 40 points.

The Famitsu editors all had good impressions of Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3, giving it three scores of 8 and one of 9. It managed a total score of 33/40, which averages out to 8.25/10. That was good enough for third place in this week’s Famitsu rankings. Pro Yakyuu Spirits 2019 scored 37/40 and Slay the Spire scored 35/40. We should get a more in-depth breakdown of the game over the course of the next week. As embargoes end, more outlets around the world will be publishing their reviews. In the meantime, you can check out the full list of Famitsu scores from this week below.
