In case you missed it, Studio Trigger’s 2013 hit anime KILL la KILL has a fighting game launching this month! True to its name, KILL la KILL IF features an alternate story branching off from the original show’s eighth episode; fans of the series will be thrown for a loop when the Scissor Blade-wielding Ryuko Matoi faces off against big bad Ragyo Kiryuin in the Naturals Election instead of the sadistic Nui Harime.

The game features a ton of playable characters, each with their own unique fighting styles. Main girls Ryuko and Satsuki take centerstage, with the roster also including the Elite Four, best girl Mako Mankanshoku, the aforementioned Ragyo and Nui, and Aikuro Mikisugi and Tsumugu Kinagase’s short-lived Ultimate Double-Naked Dotonbori Robo.

Itching to try the game yourself? Don’t fret! Arc System Works announced on Twitter that a demo is on the way for Nintendo Switch next Friday:

You can also play the demo right now if you own a PlayStation 4.
