Nintendo adopted the design of a tablet when creating the Switch, which resulted in a pretty flat, slat-like design. While it’s pretty decent for portability, some users find that it makes the system uncomfortable to hold for long periods of time. There are a few accessories that try to ‘switch’ things up to help with this, such as covers for the Joy-Con and cases for the whole system, but the folks at Satisfye had a slightly different idea in mind with the SwitchGrip Pro.

The company built a mold that encompasses the entire Switch with each Joy-Con attached. The SwitchGrip Pro has handles similar to that of a standard controller, adding more girth to the flat design of the system. On top of that, it has feet at the bottom which prop the system up off of a flat surface, which helps since it blocks the system’s kickstand. Satisfye also made sure to mention that the SwitchGrip Pro improves airflow to prevent overheating.
