Could Nintendo Switch fans be in for more Assassin’s Creed action soon? If this recent retailer listing is to be believed, two more games in the iconic Ubisoft stealth-action series could be making their way to the Nintendo Switch this year with Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag & Rogue Remastered.
A listing was recently discovered on Greek video game retailer The Console Club, with the title “Assassin’s Creed 4 Black Flag & Rogue Remastered NSW NEW.” It also has a release date of Dec. 6 attached to it. You can see the listing for yourself.
It isn’t totally unlikely that we’ll be hearing news about coming Nintendo Switch games soon. There’s a new Nintendo Direct coming tomorrow, so more game announcements are certain to happen there. Plus, about two weeks ago it was discovered that GameStop had added over 12 new unnamed Nintendo Switch games to their upcoming release lineup. Perhaps these rumored Ubisoft ports are part of that lineup?
Earlier this year, Assassin’s Creed III Remastered came to the Nintendo Switch, both physically and digitally. It was somewhat of a surprise announcement, and it also included a remaster of Assassin’s Creed Liberation with it. If the release sold well for Ubisoft, it wouldn’t be too surprising to see Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag & Rogue Remastered coming to Nintendo Switch soon.
