Nintendo of America’s former indie-courting guru Dan Adelman has been speaking about Thomas Happ Game’s Axiom Verge, and it’s potential for a Wii U release. Adelman has revealed that due to some technical reasons and how the game was designed it would take additional time to port. The team are looking into an actual time scale to work out if the costs would outweigh the benefits. If they can find a way, the team \”would love to bring it to Nintendo platforms\”.

“We obviously would love to bring it to Nintendo platforms at some point and we’re looking at ways we might want to do that. Because of some technical reasons and the way the game was designed, it will take a little bit of time to get it ported over, so we’re looking into what that will cost us and how long it will take but that’s something we definitely are considering.”

Axiom Verge is a metroid-inspired action-adventure game which uniquely allows you to control in-game glitches to overpower enemies. The game is currently in development for the Playstation 4 and Playstation Vita.
