If you haven’t completed everything in Wave 1 of Age of Calamity‘s DLC, you only have another month to do so before even more content hits you. During today’s Nintendo Direct, it was revealed that Wave 2 of Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity‘s Expansion Pass is launching on October 29th.
Included in this pack are new story scenes in which we’ll learn even more about the Champions and Guardian, new stages, and two new roster additions. While the identity of the second combatant is still unknown, researchers Purah and Robbie are joining the fight as a duo character! Not much was shown of these characters, but judging by Robbie’s jetpack smash, I think we’re all in for quite the intriguing time.
For those looking to dive into Wave 2: Guardian of Remembrance, you’ll need to have purchase the Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity Expansion Pass for $19.99, as it is not for sale individually. Buying this add-on will grant you a purchase bonus of a new weapon and costume for Link, as well as immediate access to all of the Wave 1 content, which launched this past summer. If you already have the pass, however, you’re all set and will just need to update your game when the new content launches.
