Last month, we reported on the weird and wonderful Alpaca Ball: Allstars. It’s a soccer game where you play as colorful alpacas, and it looks as crazy as it sounds. Developer Salt Castle Studio has now teamed up with Leoful on a physical release for Switch. It’ll come this November, but only for certain Asian regions at present.
The Nintendo Switch physical edition will launch in Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and other Southeast Asia territories on Nov. 5. A special sticker sheet featuring four alpacas and a football will be included in the box as an early preorder bonus. If purchasing in the Singapore region, there’s an exclusive preorder bonus too. An official Alpaca Ball: Allstars-themed EZ-Link card will be available in “extremely limited” quantities.
Of course, this region extension creates the need for additional language support. The Asian release will feature language support for Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean. This is in addition to the English, Spanish, French, German, and Italian support seen in all editions of the game.
To coincide with the announcement, another short trailer has been revealed. It looks just as wacky as before, showing off more of the customization options available in the game. Alpaca Ball: Allstars launches digitally Oct. 15, with the Asian physical release dropping on Nov. 5.
