Amazon has begun a new “get 3 for the price of 2” sale on assorted products, including various video games, kicking off what is bound to be the beginning of myriad assorted pseudo-Black Friday sales and special events. It isn’t good for all video games — a quick search for “Mario” yields no results, for example — but there is a healthy selection of Nintendo Switch games in there. That includes (but is not limited to) the following sampling below.
A sampling of the Amazon “get 3 for the price of 2” Nintendo Switch video game sale
- Balan Wonderworld
- Doki Doki Literature Club Plus!
- Dying Light Platinum Edition
- Hot Wheels Unleashed
- Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory
- Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin
- My Friend Peppa Pig (most importantly)
- NIS Classics Vol. 1 (deluxe physical release!)
- Persona 5 Strikers
- Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster
- Sonic Colors: Ultimate
- Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania
- Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2
It’s worth noting that the “deal” version of Balan Wonderworld is fully priced at $39.99, while the game is available to purchase separately on Amazon for $14.00. However, Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory is still $29.99 instead of $59.99. So, it’s difficult to say how much Amazon may have removed some of its existing deals in order to try to make this new “get 3 for the price of 2” sale look a little better. In any case, if you would like to indulge in a deal on Nintendo Switch games, here it is! It is uncertain how long this deal will last, but perhaps through the next week would be a good guess.
Meanwhile, Target has begun its own week-long “buy two, get one free” sale on assorted media like video games.
