Amazon UK

It’s that time of the year. A period where humans band together and try to get sweet deals for the holiday season. Although Black Friday is now behind us, tales of unfortunate experiences are popping up online. Some of these struggles occurred in Europe, where Amazon UK sent miscellaneous items to customers who had ordered Nintendo Switch consoles.

It looks like Amazon UK has a lot of explaining to do

The website Mirror Online has been keeping tabs on all of the complaints so far.

Here is a list of some of the things sent to shoppers instead of the Nintendo Switch:

  • Condoms
  • Dog food
  • Laptop fan cooler
  • Batteries
  • Facial hair trimmer
  • Tambourine

As you can see, none of these products even remotely resemble a video game system. How can such massive blunders occur?

Buyers are rightfully upset about the whole ordeal. Amazon UK is reaching out to those affected and is asking them to send back the gifts in order to get a refund. However, the company is not offering any price reductions on Switches since Black Friday has passed. Not a good luck for the corporation.

Enthusiasts, have you ever had a purchase mix-up as bad as Amazon UK? Let us know any embarrassing stories in the comment field below.
