A well-known analyst, who goes by the name of ‘ZHugeEx’ on Twitter, has recently posted his thoughts on the highly controversial Wii U exclusive Star Fox Zero. According to the analyst, he’s taken a look at sales data from various regions and it paints a very grim picture for the title. Take a look:

Whether or not ZHugeEx is completely correct is yet to be official, but nevertheless, one needs to take into account just how small the Star Fox series is. Having been in existence for over two decades now, the Star Fox series has only six original entries (technically there are seven when you include Star Fox 64 3D, but that’s a remake). On top of that, the time between each entry has been rather large. Star Fox Adventures, Assault and Command are the only games in the series that came out reasonably close to each other. With all things considered, this is certainly one of Nintendo’s smallest franchises.
