Animal Crossing: New Horizons The Animal Crossing Diaries is a new NVM project to collect stories of playing ACNH in lockdown national videogame museum New Horizons

Part of the fun of Animal Crossing: New Horizons is slowly filling up your museum by nabbing one of every bug, fish, and sea creature in the game. However, you can’t just snag all of these critters within a couple of days (unless you time travel, of course) because so much of the stuff you can find in Animal Crossing: New Horizons changes with the months and seasons. Tomorrow is the beginning of September, so a new round of bugs, fish, and sea creatures will be unavailable in the game starting tomorrow. These creatures are also seasonally dependent, so the hemisphere you are in affects what you’re losing. This time around, the northern hemisphere is saying goodbye to a whole bunch of creepy-crawlies, while the southern hemisphere doesn’t have much to worry about. Check out the full list below, lovingly assembled by the folks over at Polygon.
