Animal Crossing: New Horizons Exploring August video released

Nintendo has released a new video for Animal Crossing: New Horizons today. It’s about what’s new in the game this month. However, this Animal Crossing: New Horizons Exploring August video does a great job of actually explaining all of the new activities you can take part in.

While we did gleam most of this from the recent Summer Update – Wave 2 video, this makes August’s activities far clearer. I knew that we would be able to make custom design for fireworks, but I didn’t know that you could buy Raffle Tickets for time-limited items from Redd. I think we all knew that there would be new bugs and fish though.

The U.K. got its own version of the Animal Crossing: New Horizons Exploring August video, which is basically identical except it lacks voice over for some reason. What’s important is that both of these videos show lapsed players that there’s still loads to do on their neglected island. I’ve really enjoyed jumping back in after a month or so off, and the fireworks are a great treat to look forward to once a week.

I just wonder how the developers plan to top these fireworks displays for November and Bonfire Night on Nov. 5.
