fall autumn Animal Crossing: New Horizons November Creature Guide: Catch all the new bugs, fish, sea creatures

The current Animal Crossing: New Horizons autumn update is well under way, having kicked off at the end of September. The season’s main event was of course Halloween, where a live Halloween party took place inside New Horizons. However, there’s more to the season than Halloween, which Nintendo has decided to remind us of.

A new short Animal Crossing: New Horizons trailer has been released as autumn deepens. The short video mainly serves as a reminder that the update is ongoing and that players can immerse themselves in some autumnal vibes in New Horizons. It’s apparently been released as a TV commercial too in some regions.

It doesn’t reveal much about the current season, but the YouTube version links out to the website for more information. The commercial does show us that Nintendo is still quite heavily marketing the latest Animal Crossing, even to a more mainstream TV audience. The game launched back in March (which feels like a lifetime ago) and is still being heavily updated.

The next such update is for winter, which was shown during the launch trailer for the Fall Update. We don’t know much about what’s coming to New Horizons in winter, but Thanksgiving and Christmas were teased in a closing image, with the update aiming for a late November release.
