One of the best parts of the recently released Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury is the expansion. Though I hear it is a bit short, I’m having a blast playing the adventure. I also dream of a future Mario title that will expand upon its seamless overworld. I particularly enjoy all the power-ups available, from the Super Leaf to the Lucky Bell. The latter is quite interesting, in that it not only turns Mario into a cat but also an invincible statue. Recently, some Twitter users figured out a trick utilizing the Lucky Bell that amasses a huge amount of coins for players in Bowser’s Fury.
This Bowser’s Fury trick is brilliant in its simplicity
Twitter user MeesterTweester first documented the exploit:

As you can see, if a user employs the Lucky Bell’s statue transformation in midair, it’ll spout coins as Mario descends back to the ground. If one does this on Pounce Bounce Isle’s red trampoline, they’ll obtain hundreds of coins as they keep bouncing and repeating the process over and over. This is a great way to stockpile power-ups, as Bowser Jr. will throw a random one Mario’s way every 100 coins gained.
Member MarioBrothBlog also showcased the trick at a different red trampoline, proving it can be done in various spots:
An extremely easy way to farm power-ups in Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury is with a Lucky Bell and a red trampoline. Jumping and Ground Pounding repeatedly allows Mario to collect 100 coins and receive a new power-up approximately every 10 seconds. pic.twitter.com/rkodZ8CUkj
