Calculator Sabec Nintendo Switch release date May 12, 2021

The Nintendo Switch library is enormous thanks to healthy third-party support, abundant indie games, and probably a good helping of shovelware. But there’s one thing that’s been missing on Switch till now — an overpriced way to do math. But no longer! Publisher Sabec is releasing utility app Calculator for Nintendo Switch tomorrow, May 12, 2021, and while it has no price set for the United States yet, it is currently set to cost £8.09 in the United Kingdom. That’s a little pricey for stuff that your phone can do for free.

Here is the entire description for Calculator on Nintendo Switch:

A scientific calculator with a clear easy-to-read multi-line display, which should help with those not-so-easy-to-do maths problems.

Calculator has an appealing modern and practical design, sure to be popular with all students and engineers.

It will help you solve all those maths problems with its design that students and engineers will apparently go ga-ga for. Yep, that big, orange “=” button sure looks enticing to me, so I’ve gotta hand it to Sabec there. The question just becomes what I would use Calculator for first — addition, subtraction… multiplication?! This is pretty stimulating already. I may have to go lie down.

Tell us what you think of the glorious Calculator coming to Nintendo Switch.
