Call of Duty Nintendo fans rejoice as, so far, the Wii U is not getting left out of the bunch when it comes to DLC. When you preorder Call of Duty: Ghosts on the Wii U at GameStop, you\’ll be able to receive the Free Fall Dynamic Bonus Map.
Aside from slightly improved graphics, the incorporation of IR controls, and Off-Screen play using the GamePad, the last Call of Duty game on the Wii U did not get the same support as the other versions as it had not received the same add-on content as its other version counterparts. Currently, however, this doesn\’t seem to be the case for Call of Duty: Ghosts on the Wii U so if you were second guessing getting the Wii U version of this game, there isn\’t much to worry about so far.

Thanks to the new technologies of the \”Call of Duty\” engine that add several new features, including displacement mapping, high dynamic range lighting and Sub-D rendering, the graphics of “Call of Duty: Ghosts” should look better than “Call of Duty: Black Ops 2” on the Nintendo Wii U.
The upcoming first-person shooter will also support several accessories on Nintendo’s high-definition console. “Call of Duty: Ghosts” is going to take advantage of the Wii U Game Pad’s capabilities to provide a second screen experience. In “Call of Duty: Black Ops 2,” the touch screen was used to viewed the map and kill streaks in addition to selecting load outs. The new sub-brand will also utilize the Wii Remote for players who prefer to use IR controls to aim.
“Call of Duty: Ghosts” on the Nintendo Wii U is being ported by Treyarch, the same company developed the aforesaid “Call of Duty: Black Ops 2” and will be released on Nov. 5 in North America.
