Daemon X Machina anniversary update due to launch in November

To celebrate the game’s launch one year ago this weekend (Sept. 13, 2019), a Daemon X Machina anniversary update is on its way. Unfortunately, we won’t actually receive this update until November, but it could be a great reason to jump back into the game. News of the update comes from the game’s official website, with relevant details translated by Gematsu.

The Daemon X Machina anniversary update will include a bunch of additional content:

  • Arsenal Skin – “Grossfeiern”
  • Outer Suit – “Grandemon”
  • “Eclipse RT: Omega Destruction Strategy” Order – Battle against the strengthened Colossal Immortal “Eclipse Q.”
  • Three new Arsenal Decals
  • Three new Preview Backgrounds

Some new screenshots of the game with this content have been shared, and they look pretty bloody brilliant.

This first screen is the “Grossfeiern” Arsenal Skin. This might not have much of an impact on your ability as a pilot, but at least you’ll look good. Hopefully it can be used in the game’s Versus Mode as well.

The “Grandemon” Outer Suit is way less impressive than the new Arsenal Skin.

This last screen is of the new Operation coming in the Daemon X Machina anniversary update. You can see that new Arsenal Skin in action, flying away from an explosion like all cool people do.
