Nintendo Switch Online subscribers in Japan (update: and Europe) can look forward to some mecha action with Daemon X Machina confirmed as its next Game Trial offer. The Marvelous-developed third-person action game will be available from noon on September 13 to 11:59 p.m. (JST) on Sept. 19.
Daemon X Machina originally launched for Switch in September 2019 as a timed exclusive for a short while until arriving on PC in February 2020. The game features custom characters and Arsenal mechs that you use to battle other enemy mechs. The gameplay cycle is mostly about taking on different missions and scavenging eq1uipment to customize further and power up your mechs. It also features a four-player co-op mode.
Longtime Armored Core producer Kenichiro Tsuda produced the game, and it features character designs by Yusuke Kozaki of Fire Emblem fame. It also features rocking music by Junichi Nakatsuru, best known for his work on Soulcalibur music, among other veteran composers.

Daemon X Machina is available worldwide for the Nintendo Switch and PC. The game also offers cross-save functionality between the Switch and PC versions if you want to play on both platforms. The digital version will be available for 65% off from September 13 to September 27 in Japan. Some DLC will also be available at a 50% discount during the same period.
