Dead Cells Trial

Dead Cells is a brilliant roguelike indie game that launched back in 2018. It has been a huge success, selling over 3 million copies. Developers Motion Twin and Evil Empire have been supporting the game with post-launch content, expanding an already great base game. Now, Nintendo Switch Online subscribers in Europe will be able to download a free Dead Cells trial starting on Jan. 26.

It is currently available to pre-load on the Nintendo eShop, so you can get ready for the release of the trial. The Dead Cells trial will last until Feb. 1 and will allow you to experience the full game for a limited period. Fittingly, this coincides with the upcoming Fatal Falls DLC, which also launches on Jan. 26.

Unfortunately, this trial hasn’t been announced for American audiences just yet. Dead Cells was also made free for a limited time in Japan last year, so hopefully America will receive the same treatment in the near future. If you enjoy the trial, you can preorder Dead Cells: The Fatal Seed Bundle with a 33% discount. This offer will bring the cost down to £17.99/$19.99.

Dead Cells is a must-have title on Nintendo Switch, boasting intricate level design and thrilling content. The game is available across numerous platforms including mobile, but it’s exciting to see that a trial is just around the corner for those who haven’t experienced it.
