Peter Fabiano is leaving Capcom after 13 years. He will be joining Bungie as a production discipline manager. His long line of producer credits includes recent popular games such as Resident Evil 2 (2019), Resident Evil 3 (2020), Resident Evil Village, Ghosts ‘n Goblins: Resurrection, and a few more, and he has worked on several more games in his 13 years with the company. Fabiano announced his Capcom departure in a series of two tweets. You can see them both embedded right below.
Thanks to everyone both in and outside the studio that have supported me over the years. I’ve taken a new position at Bungie working with some great people and continuing my journey. “Eyes up guardian.”

Bungie is sure to put Fabiano’s talents to good use, though it is unclear exactly what projects he will be working on and in what capacity. Conversely, the connection between Fabiano as a producer and so many recent hits from Capcom is hard to ignore, but Capcom has a lot of talent to its name and has been around for a long enough time to be more than capable of filling the void.
What would you like to see Peter Fabiano work on at Bungie? Do you think he will be working on Destiny content, or an entirely new project? Have you played any of the recent Capcom hits that Fabiano produced? If so, what did you think? Spill it all in the comment section below.
