Future Games Show

Okay, we officially have way too freakin’ many digital showcases for upcoming video games. The latest is Future Games Show from GamesRadar+, which will occur on Saturday, June 6 at 5:30 p.m. ET / 2:30 p.m. PT. Per Gematsu, it will feature over 30 AAA and indie games from a variety of publishers including Curve Digital, Deep Silver, Devolver Digital, Hi-Rez Studios, Merge Games, Raw Fury, Red Thread Games, Square Enix, Team17, TeamKill Media, tinyBuild, and Walkabout Games. Industry experts will also discuss the future of things like storytelling and sound in game design.

Uncharted (among other things) actors Nolan North and Emily Rose will host Future Games Show. Also Per Gematsu, here are a couple vapid quotes from North and Rose about the event that honestly aren’t worth reading, yet here we are:

Such an honor to host the Future Games Show with my dear friend Emily Rose. Quarantine may be Nate and Elena’s current adventure, but that doesn’t mean we can’t be inspired and uplifted by the creativity and imagination of games creators from across the globe. So join us this Saturday as we unveil some of the most eye catching titles from 2020 and beyond. — Nolan North

I am really excited to be hosting the Future Games Show with my dear friend Nolan. We always have so much fun together and getting to announce all of the amazing video games coming out in 2020 is icing on the cake. Join us Saturday for a sneak peak, it will be a blast! — Emily Rose

Saturday is right around the corner, so whatever these assorted studios have in store, we’ll hear about them really soon. You can catch the event on, among other places, YouTube.
