Interest in Pokémon is still at an all-time high. For instance, gamers found beta designs from Gold and Silver pretty cool. Also, the latest anime is coming to Netflix in about a month. And the merchandise is…interesting. Therefore, news of upcoming Gigantamax plushies is sure to get fans filed up. Pokémon Center Japan has just unveiled two big boys: Pikachu and Meowth.
Gigantamax Pokémon means towering monstrosities
First, we have a giant Pikachu. It stands about 2.6 feet tall and weighs around 9.6 pounds. It’ll set you back approximately $410.
Damn, I could just throw my entire body into that Pikachu. I don’t even need a bed or pillow anymore.
Next, the towering Meowth. Weighs 6.7 pounds and stands 5.4 feet tall. It’ll cost $307.
The fact Meowth can fit in a bed is unnerving. In addition, their eyes are always closed. They must be prone to sleepwalking.
Both Gigantamax plushies are expected to start shipping in October 2020. However, due to those prices, make sure you start saving up for them now if you are interested.
