Win a wearable Emil mask by helping Square Enix market Voice of Cards

Square Enix has no idea how to market the recently announced Yoko Taro card RPG Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars, but you can help and maybe even win an Emil mask in a new fan campaign from the developers.

The campaign is appropriately named the “Help on how to market campaign” in true Yoko Taro fashion. Square Enix essentially wants fans to send in ideas on how to market Voice of Cards in a way that can communicate just how fun the game is. The developers want to see illustrations and slogans, and they’re looking to get as much as possible.

The deadline for the campaign is October 17 at 11:59 p.m. JST. On Twitter, the top winner will get an Emil mask, just like the one Yoko Taro wears, and an autograph, four runners-up will win an autograph and card sets, and 100 others will win card sets. You can participate by following the game’s official Twitter account and using the campaign hashtag with your entry. The Voice of Cards campaign will also be on pixiv, where three winners will get cash prizes of over 1,000,000 yen (~$9,000). Square Enix will additionally award four lucky winners with Emil masks and 50 others with the Voice of Cards card sets on pixiv.

Square Enix will share more about Voice of Cards: The Isle Dargon Roars in a TGS 2021 livestream on October 3 at 2:15 p.m. (JST).

Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars will launch for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 on October 28, 2021. The PC version will release for Steam on October 29.
