While Injustice became popular on Playstation 3 and Xbox 360, the Wii U version accounts for only 0.06 million units sold globally, as of September 21st. The Wii U version is also not the edition used in tournaments featuring Injustice and, so far, Injustice’s full DLC line-up still isn\’t available on Wii U.
In a follow-up tweet, a user points out that the Ultimate Edition should be released on Wii U as the original was also on Wii U. In response, Boon comments that, \”Its [sic] not as simple as that.\” Instead, the Ultimate Edition will launch only on the Playstation 4, Playstation 3, Vita, Xbox 360, and PC and will include all released DLC. It’s expected to launch sometime in November.
Injustice: Gods Among Us originally released in April of this year to positive reviews and quickly became a popular fighter, featured at this year’s EVO 2013. It was a top selling game in the United States in both May and June, while it topped all-format game charts in the United Kingdom a week after its release.
