Casual Bit Games confirmed to me a short moment ago that they have become an approved Wii U developer, and just took to Twitter to confirm Insanity’s Blade as their first game.

Insanity’s Blade features a blend of action, platforming and RPG elements presented in a classic 8-bit style.  The game packs in 18 stages packed full of unique enemies and environments, which task you to scale buildings and caves with the main character, Thurstan’s unique abilities

When speaking with Chris Obritsch, he confirmed that their second Wii U project would be

\”A two player co-op with split screen bubble bobble/snow brothers style game with 100 stages. 10 of which are completed with a boss fight already.\”

Be sure to stay tuned to Nintendo Enthusiast for the lastest on both of these new Wii U games.
