Jump Force Deluxe Edition Nintendo Switch 2020 release date Bandai Namco Spike Chunsoft characters pass 2 DLC

Publisher Bandai Namco and developer Spike Chunsoft have announced that Jump Force Deluxe Edition will make the leap to Nintendo Switch at some point in 2020, priced at $49.99. It will arrive with over 50 characters from 16 separate Shonen Jump franchises, including the likes of Dragon Ball, My Hero Academia, and Hunter X Hunter. And yes, it will include all the Season 1 Characters Pass DLC characters in the package. Jump Force Deluxe Edition will also exclusively include a new offline 3v3 mode, making it possible for six friends to hurt each other really bad (in a video game, probably) in the same fight.

The announcement trailer from Bandai Namco shows you what to expect.

Alongside this announcement, a “Character Pass 2” has been announced for $17.99, with the first character being Shoto Todoroki from My Hero Academia. Additional characters, not yet revealed, will come from the Yu Yu Hakusho, Hunter X Hunter, Bleach, and JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure franchises.

This title received a pretty lukewarm response when it launched for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC last year, but maybe Jump Force Deluxe Edition will fare better with the additional content. And if you’re not interested in this offering from Spike Chunsoft, there is always My Hero One’s Justice 2, as well as FighterZ Pass 3 for Dragon Ball FighterZ.
