Today, we released our preview of Square Enix and Indieszero’s Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory, a unique rhythm action experience launching on Nov. 11. We really, thoroughly enjoyed it in ways we weren’t even expecting, but the funny thing is we previewed it on PlayStation 4 because a Nintendo Switch build was not yet an option. However, that has evidently changed, because Nintendo has announced a Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory demo is arriving on the Nintendo Switch eShop today.

An exact time was not given, but it may be more likely to release toward the evening, as one outlet earlier today was claiming a Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory demo would release tomorrow; perhaps that report was going by time in Europe. In fact, it is reportedly already available in Japan, Australia, and New Zealand on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. In any case, the excellent rhythm action game experience we got to have will soon be yours to indulge in too via the Nintendo Switch eShop.
The Melody of Memory demo will include four Field Battle Music Stages and two Co-op Music Stages, which sounds like the same demo we played, and progress will not carry over to the final release. This is just a teaser from Square Enix and Indieszero, but a highly effective one.
