Publisher Baltoro Games is bringing Knights n’ Guns (That is not the correct way to use an apostrophe, by the way.) to Nintendo Switch in Q1 2021. It is an “arcade, pang-inspired shooter” where enemies are always swarming in, and you’re always blasting them to smithereens. It will be playable single-player or in co-op, with over 120 hand-crafted levels and also an endless mode. There will be more than 30 unique guns to shoot dudes with, more than 30 unique suits of armor, and more than 25 types of enemies, five types of mini-bosses, and three types of bosses. And the brutality will all occur at 60 frames per second.
Baltoro Games offers the following additional description for Knights n’ Guns:
A classic revenge story set in a medieval fantasy world… with a touch of deadly modern firepower just to turn things up to eleven. Fight through the armies of undead, mutants, aliens, machines and beasts in order to get back what is rightfully yours and bring some semblance of peace back to the land. Who knows – if you’re thorough enough you might even discover the history of the kingdom itself, long lost to the scholars of the realm.
There doesn’t seem to be a trailer yet, but there are some cool GIFs. Let us know what you think of Knights n’ Guns so far on Nintendo Switch.
