Mario Party Superstars review reviews trailer minigames full list

Another weekend is upon us, and if you are lucky, you might find the time to sink your teeth into a game or two. What games might that entail for you? Whether you are knee-deep in the latest release or cruising through your backlog, let’s hear what gaming you have planned this weekend.

I am wrapping up Yooka-Laylee, which I mentioned in last week’s post. I’m quite satisfied with the game up to this point, honestly, and that kind of surprises me. I did not have my hopes high after seeing so much middling reception for the game. I’ll take it, though. The game has won me over with a hefty dose of old-school collectathon fun, and I can’t wait to see what else is in store.

I am also playing a bit of Super Mario 3D World with my fiance. We’ve been slowly chipping away at a 100% run all year, and this is a particularly chilly weekend over here, perfect for knocking out a few more level replays en route to the character stamps. Additionally, I am working on Mario Party Superstars for review. It’s a great game so far that corrects most of the shortcomings I found in Super Mario Party in 2018.

What will you work on this weekend? Are you playing a brand new game, are you aimlessly managing your village in Animal Crossing: New Horizons in anticipation of the new DLC, or are you just doing some good old-fashioned backlogging? Share what you have going on in the comments.
