Skyrim launched for Switch last year to great success, but an element of the title missing is The Creation Club, which allows players to utilize mods in-game. Bethesda’s Todd Howard recently spoke about the potential of mods coming to Skyrim on the hybrid console, but it doesn’t sound likely.

We are not actively doing that,” said Howard. We would love to see it happen but it’s not something we’re actively doing.”

The Creation Club launched for Fallout 4 in September 2017 and Skyrim a couple months later. Though it’s fairly new, The Creation Club likely won’t be accessible on Nintendo Switch any time soon.
