There is currently a free demo for the upcoming Monster Hunter Rise on the Nintendo Switch eShop, and Nintendo has revealed that having save data for the Rise demo on your Switch will allow you to claim a free item pack when the game launches on March 26.
The Monster Hunter Rise item pack includes 20 Mega Potions, 5 Pitfall Traps, 10 Energy Drinks, 5 Mega Demondrugs, and 5 Mega Armorskins. All of these items will likely prove useful, as Monster Hunter can often provide a serious challenge.
If you have save data from the Monster Hunter Rise demo on your Nintendo Switch, you'll be able to claim a handy item pack in the full game when it launches on 26th March!

In our impressions of the demo, we praised the game’s visuals and the fact that it’s more Monster Hunter on Switch. The demo is available until Jan. 31, so make sure you play it before it disappears. Although the demo is only a small portion of what’s to come, there is still a substantial amount of content to explore. All 14 weapons are usable, so you’ll be able to get a feel for each of them.
Monster Hunter Rise will be launching alongside the Magnamalo, Palamute and Palico amiibo figures, and a few lucky people in Japan will be getting ultra-rare gold versions. The normal Magnamalo amiibo is also included with the Monster Hunter Rise Collector’s Edition, which comes with some extra goodies as well. For some unknown reason, the Palamute and Palico amiibo are seemingly not available in the U.K.
