NBA 2K19 Switch

NBA 2K19 will be shooting its way onto the market soon. Thus, new info about its filesize and storage requirements have been released.

This title is quite the heavyweight, coming in at 31.5GB. That’s larger than any other Switch game out there so far (although still much smaller than a lot of PS4/Xbox One/PC titles).

Each Switch comes with 32GB of storage, but due to the OS partitioning off space for itself, the actual usable amounts shrinks to about 24GB. Thus, you’ll need a microSD card in order to download the digital version.  Even if you get the game physically, it will require an Internet download and extra storage via a microSD card. So, if you haven’t picked one up already, now would definitely be a good time to do so.

NBA 2K19 will drop onto Switch on September 11.
