New Pokémon Snap review for Nintendo Switch Bandai Namco update

New Pokémon Snap launches on Friday, and those of you who bought it digitally can now pre-load the game. If you have already done that, you may have noticed that the game has updated to version 1.1.0. Unfortunately, the patch notes have yet to be translated into English, but according to Nintendo Everything, the New Pokémon Snap update isn’t major — just making adjustments and corrections to improve the overall gameplay experience. However, despite being nothing special, you’ll still need to download it in order to use the game’s online features.

With not long to go until launch, we have been seeing a variety of different trailers for the game. Just recently, Nintendo UK released a trailer focusing on the game’s ambience and environment. From the footage that we have seen, the game is looking to be a worthy successor to the 1999 original and will surely be an immersive experience. We are all excited to share our Pokémon photos with you all in the near future, with there being a wide array of online sharing functions included in the game.

Additionally, Nintendo has partnered up with Fujifilm to allow Nintendo Switch screenshots to be printed. This will be especially useful for New Pokémon Snap, as you will be able to create your very own Pokémon-themed scrap book. Make sure you download the New Pokémon Snap update so you can start sharing your photos! Are you excited for New Pokémon Snap?
