unboxing Nintendo Minute Monster Hunter Rise collector's edition

There’s not long to go before Monster Hunter Rise launches on Nintendo Switch. On Friday when the game releases, there will be quite a few Monster Hunter Rise goodies available. There is of course, the limited edition Monster Hunter Rise Switch console, Pro Controller, and a collector’s edition too (plus an awesome Horii grip controller). If you’re not wanting anything too fancy, the game is also available normally with some extra preorder bonuses. However, if you’re one of the many Monster Hunter fans who preordered the collector’s edition, Nintendo Minute has released an unboxing video ahead of launch.

As Nintendo Minute showcases, Monster Hunter Rise Collector’s Edition includes the game, a download code for the deluxe DLC pack, a Magnamalo amiibo, a Kamura enamel pin, and some stickers. Most of these goodies are exclusive to the collector’s edition, except from the amiibo, which you can purchase separately at certain retailers. There are also two other amiibo, the Palamute and Palico figures, but they need to be purchased separately. Just like with any amiibo, they are likely sold out by now, with the Nintendo UK Store selling out within minutes of them going live.

Monster Hunter Rise launches on Nintendo Switch this coming Friday, March 26. Are you excited for Capcom’s latest monster-slaying adventure? Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin is next up, with its own amiibo.
