With Halloween just around the corner, we’re getting spooky! We’ve got a matchup of two ghost-themed franchises with unconventional weapons. It’s Luigi’s Mansion vs. Fatal Frame! Will vacuum cleaners or cameras prove to be the better ghost-busting tool? Cast your vote below to help us decide!

Nintendo Showdown: Luigi’s Mansion vs. Fatal Frame

Luigi’s Mansion

Mario gets all the glory, but his green-clad brother is a true hero in his own right. In Luigi’s Mansion and its sequel, the lesser-known Mario brother defeats ghosts with the power of an experimental vacuum cleaner. These games are fun adventures full of exploration, puzzle-solving, and creative boss fights. And a third game (which is pulling in great review scores) is just around the corner!

Fatal Frame

The Fatal Frame series also features an unusual ghost-busting weapon: a camera. These games draw upon Japanese legends and ghost stories to create terrifying experiences set in the scariest of all decades: the 1980s. This supernatural series will keep you on the edge of your seat, and we might even get a new one on Switch someday.
