In a very deep eShop indie game famine developers need the nourishment, intelligence, and sustainability that the Big N can bring to end the hunger in the Wii U eShop.  That is why Nintendo is bringing its Wii U Web Framework to the GDC today in a special panel called \”Nintendo Wii U Application Development with HTML and JavaScript\”.

According to Nintendo themselves, the house of Mario is seeking to focus mainly on making games and applications for the Wii U with HTML 5, Javascript and CSS as the tools through the Nintendo Wii U Web Framework.  Wii remotes, Wii U GamePad and Javascript extensions will be supported by the Web Framework.

With the reveal of the Web Framework, Nintendo is hoping to inspire indie developers to create games and applications a little faster, and in turn create a nice domino effect to inspire one small developer to another, and on to even bigger developers.

What do you think of the framework? Do you think it will help give indie developers more inspiration to create once thought impossible games to make? Leave a comment here on Nintendo Enthusiast.
