Pokémon Café Mix

Pokémon Café Mix, a mobile puzzle game that was recently ported to Switch, has some of its special Pokémon foods due for real-world versions at the real-life Pokémon Café. If you’re far away from the café, though, or if you’re just not feeling the trip, Japanese food app Kurashiru has you covered. The app teamed up with The Pokémon Company to share a few tutorials so that fans of the game can make their own Pokémon foods. Most recently, the app shared a how-to guide for a delectable dish titled the “Dugtrio Sandwich Trio,” based on the Pokémon Café Mix dish of the same design. Check out a short video below detailing the sandwich from the app-makers themselves.

What do you think? Does this IRL version of the popular Pokémon Café Mix dish look good enough to eat? It seems simple enough to make – it is a fairly standard sandwich, after all – and could be a lot of fun for the Pokémon fan in your life.

Have you checked out Pokémon Café Mix on Switch? Does it do anything for ya other than make you hungry? Are you happy to be playing it on Switch instead of a mobile phone? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!
