Pokémon Master Journeys: The Series anime premieres in 2021 24th season 24

To the surprise of literally no one, Ash Ketchum and Pikachu are coming back for more shenanigans. The Pokémon Company has announced that Pokémon Master Journeys: The Series, the 24th season of the anime, will premiere later in 2021. In some territories, it will arrive as soon as summer, while other territories will receive it through to the end of the year.

Here’s a synopsis for Pokémon Master Journeys: The Series:

It’s a big, big world, but you know where to find Ash and Goh—battling and catching Pokémon from Kanto to Galar! With Pikachu, Cinderace, and their other Pokémon beside them, our heroes continue to travel all over the world to research Pokémon for Cerise Laboratory. Along the way, Ash climbs higher in the World Coronation Series rankings, and Goh adds more Pokémon to his Pokédex in his quest to catch Mew. Meanwhile, Chloe takes her first steps as a Pokémon Trainer when she meets a mysterious Eevee. New friends, returning rivals, and exciting adventures await—as the journey continues!

The Pokémon anime began in Japan in 1997, and it’s essentially joined the likes of Super Sentai in becoming a Japanese franchise that will just never, ever leave TV screens. That’s fortunate for us. Anyway, enjoy this random image of Farfetch’d in Pokémon Master Journeys: The Series:
